From 2014 to 2020, he honed his skills as a tattoo artist in Colombia before seizing the opportunity to live in Barcelona, Spain, for five months in 2020. In June 2020, Microdots relocated to Copenhagen, Denmark, where he joined Iron & Ink, one of the country's premier tattoo studios.

In October 2022, Micro Dots and his wife began a continuous journey around the globe, which has allowed him to travel extensively while sharing his artistic talents worldwide. 

Micro Dots began his journey in the tattoo world at the age of 17 in 2011,  shortly after completing high school. He made the decision to pursue a career as a tattoo apprentice, immersing himself in self-study through online resources and books to master the craft.
